The article analyses of peculiarities of behavior of masonry and concrete structures takes place in buildings in which production is associated with carbamide (material chemical formula CO(NH2)2). Carbamide dust accumulated on surface of structures with moisture makes carbamide solution of high concentration and penetrates easily into pores and capillaries of concrete or ceramics. And strong and hard crystals obtained. Their coefficient of temperature elongation is different from that of concrete and their changes in ambient humidity and temperatures induce high internal stress which caused destroy structure of concrete and ceramics. Development of stress- deformation state is discussed also.
