Abstract

This monograph consists of three parts. The first part deals with general social theory (the concept, models, principles and management arrangements). The second part analyzes the international and European law sources which regulate the personal social rights and social security systems. The third part focuses on the concept of the pension system and the management changes. In addition, the comparative study of the European Union countries (Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Germany, Great Britain and Lithuania) is conducted.
