dc.description.abstract | Regional development depends on business success. In this research the analysis of was made in order to reveal success factors of women’s leadership in Lithuanian e-commerce business. Success factors of women’s leadership in Lithuanian e-commerce were assigned to five categories: personal, professional, management and social competences as well as external factors. According to the opinions of expert’s qualities such as passion for a work, personality, self-awareness, proactivity, quick reaction to changes and stress tolerance are the most important in personal competences category. Professional competences which are significant in e-commerce were mentioned such as continual learning, professional knowledge, digital marketing, visual marketing and focus to a content. Experts, while estimating social competences, underlined the importance of effective communication, networking, collaboration and interpersonal impact. In their analysis of the influence of external factors on women entrepreneurship, experts emphasized that support of family members, friends and colleagues, workplace mobility and flexible working hours are the most significant factors for successful women’s leadership in this category. | eng |
