Abstract
The complexity of consumer behaviour, especially during the decision-making process, causes anxiety by commercial specialists and consumers. That makes one to look for a theoretical and practical basis and carry surveys in order to explain the special features of young consumer behaviour in the electronic process of choosing services. It is actually to identify possible applications of the factors influencing decision-making of young people in the process of buying goods and services. There are analyzing and discussing main decision-making process features, over viewing and systemizing factors influencing consumer behaviour during decision-making process. Based on the results of the carried out survey, applications of the decision-making process factors were determined in creating tools of electronic business and organizing sales of goods and services for young people.
