Abstract

Business value management system is an important organizational-economical foundation for the understanding of enterprise survival alternatives in the target market. In author‘s opinion, the success of achieving of rather high significance rate, reflecting enterprise value, is possible only when business value management concept is introduced and implemented on the daily basis. The whole mechanism of gross strategic and operative decisions making is created on the basis of this concept. Such a management in a sense is continuous reorganization aimed for maximal value achievement. Modern attitude towards business (enterprise) value determination is presented standing on the concept of “business value management”. This concept was introduced in the middle of 1980ies in the United States of America. T. Copeland, T. Koller, J. V. Murrin, m. Skott, A. Damodaran, E. von Löhneysen and others are thought to be the first authors of this concept. In the modern literature of value determination, in author’s opinion, there are some different approaches, such as A. Damodaran, C. Walsh, T. Copeland, T. Koller ir J. V. Murrin, S. Mordašov and I. A. Egerev, analyzing business management problems, which are analyzed in the paper.
