The definition of the management today is unbalanced (are about height hundreds definition). The author to try find the cause such situation in the definition of the management. Today are about eigth hundreds titles of the management. The author has opinion that the answer from a definition of the management it is necessary to search in the essence of the life. The life exist in the hierarchy structures who the main part is the control system. The control system create the information. The information must be intensify by the energy of the continues and visible working body from the only unique energy source. In this article is show that the intensify of the information in the management is fulfill by the many sources of the working body. The source of the working body from the aim is invisible and discontinues. In the management the information indoctrinated the control system of each hired man force. Everybody hired man self reinforced his discontinues and invisible working body from the intesify the information of the manager. Therefore in the management the intensify of the information take place from itermediary because of the control and the management is not the synonims. In the management it is important to know the phychology, the antrophology, the technology and the control of invisible working body of the haired man body force expansion in the production goods.
