The main environmental problem of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emission from oil terminals was analysed in this article. VOCs concentration research and VOCs dispersion modelling results were proposed in this work. The discreet area with three types of cells (totally blocked – buildings, partly blocked – forest, not blocked – other area) was done. Research area is discreet as follow: 2001×250×1754 m (x×y×z). Measurement of one cell are 11,765×11,765 m. Number of cells x, y, z directions respectively are 170, 23, 149, i.e. 582 590 cells. Research of VOCs concentration in oil terminal was done in characterized spots of main pollutant concentration (storage tank parks of light and heavy oil products and railway trestles). The purpose of this work is to represent results of VOCs dispersion in the near earth atmospheric boundary layer according to mathematical model. Results of research were used in mathematical modelling as basic conditions. Evaluation of model deviation of different distance from oil terminal was done. The mean relative error between experimental and prediction results is ± 3.6 %.eng
