Motyvacijos veiksnių įtaka nuolatiniam tobulėjimui: tęstines studijas pasirinkusių absolventų nuomonių tyrimas
Abstract
Each manager is interested in having his employees work in the company‘s favor, to contribute to the successful development of the company, but such results will not be achieved if the headmaster can not properly motivate his staff and direct them towards continuous improvement. Staff motivation is determined by many factors: working environment, relationship with colleagues and manager, remuneration, recognition, etc. However, the personal characteristics of the worker themselves play not only less. This article will examine the influence of motivational factors on the continuous improvement in the theoretical aspect, as well as the results of quantitative research of the opinions of graduates who are continuing their studies at the university. An overview of the theory of motivational factors has found that there are many theories created and all of them are partially similar because their purpose is to find the most effective way to promote better results. Having analyzed the factors of motivation from a theoretical point of view and thoroughly examining the answers of the respondents to the questionnaire, it can be argued that only well-motivated personnel will have an interest in seeking not only their own personal goals but also the overall goals of the company. The ranking methodology of the respondents‘ analysis of the respondents found that the pursuit of higher education is mainly motivated by the possibility of career advancement and higher wages.
