Rapidly the traditional automotive industry will change dynamically as advanced autonomous technologies will gain on the market. It is likely that in the upcoming years we will see autonomous vehicles (AV) on the roads of the European Union, and in the next 15-20 years, AV will replace the traditional automotive industry. One can conclude that the trends of global car transport: artificial intelligence in AV, various digital and communication systems of AV, sharing platforms and other components necessary for AV. Considering this background, the emergence of new technologies calls for urgent action to adapt the existing transport infrastructure to the developing AV industry. In order to adjust the technology of AV to the existing communication infrastructure, the authors provide insights into alternative travel planning for AV.eng
