Abstract
The aim is to define the directions for creating the Good School that could lead to transitional advancement. The object is the directions for developing the Good School. The study consists of four parts: a) Projectional pedagogy – a tool for implementing smart education; b) School culture – alpha and omega of creating a good school; c) Tendencies of structuring a school: direction for an outline;d) Directions for activities of a good school: narrative of a socio-educational cluster and organizational behavior. Both theoretical and practical significance of this publication is apparent. I therefore believe that this science study can be considered as one of the tools for achieving quality in all areas and tendencies of school evolution. Especially lately, as the educational system of Lithuania is facing a lot of challenges.
