Abstract
The research objective of this paper is the c process, how interested parties strive to attain their goals and the micro and macro environment that make up an integral whole. This objective required the development of new method of multicriteria analysis enabling the thorough assessment of variable micro (consultation, planning, procurement, implementation and monitoring; space, administrative and technical management; innovation, types of contracts, etc.) and macro (technological, legislative, political, social, economic and other aspects) environment of FM alternatives. All these variable factors can be optimised, and n order to demonstrate this a case study is considered.
