Process of structurization of technical-technological innovations

Abstract

During the last 15 years under effect of market economy the creation process of technical-technological innovations was sloping down in the Baltic countries. After we joined EU, there was a new promotion for highly skilled people to leave the countries. The designation for the country is to promote export and for that we need to have good products to compete the global market. The article is designated to propose a composed technical-technological innovations development process scheme and to analyze it through management solutions formulation methods. There is proposed a risk evaluation methodology of technical-technological innovations creation and a quantitative model to calculate innovation's risk and return on investment (ROI). There is represented correlative dependability between assigned financial resources for technical-technological innovations and return on investment terms referring to a performed research material.
