Abstract

Proceedings are based on the best research works which were report at the 3rd internatonal conference "Civil engineering and environment". The main objectives of the proceedings are to analyse the current situation in Lithuanian's and neighbouring countries' transport, and to give recommendations for specialists representing administration, institutions, enterprises, design and consulting offices and other organizations involved in the road and railway construction, city transport development and management problems, to make a contribution to the development of road and railway technology in Lithuania.
