New public management application in the public sector

Abstract

This study gives an overview of the new public management application in the public sector in the Republic of Lithuania on the basis of relevant legal acts. The purpose of this paper is to explore the possibilities of successful interplay between the new public management approach and the Lithuania’s public sector.
