Construction risk assessment of small scale objects by applying TOPSIS method with attributes values determined at intervals

Abstract
The paper presents risk assessment in construction. The assessment of smal scale construction objects in competitive environment is based on the multi-attribute method. Ranking of objects and determination of their optimality are calculated by applying TOPSIS method with attributes values determined at intervals. The risk evaluation attributes are selected taking into consideration the interests and goals of the stakeholders as well as factors that have influence of the construction process efficiency. A background and a description of the proposed model are provided and key findings from the analysis are presented.
