Abstract
The main recent factors of transport infrastructure construction costs appreciation are as follows: 1. Long duration of investment process from the beginning of feasibility study to the end of construction. 2. An increase in construction resources market prices, especially labor and energy. 3. Determination, by contracting organizations, of the service prices which are higher than the mentioned already increased estimated costs. Forecasted level of transport infrastructure labor and main resources prices depend on country current economic recession state and therefore low demand of construction works. Thus labor and resources prices should remain on the current level or even decrease.
