Principles of interpersonal communication between participants of international co-operation

Abstract
The goal of the article is to present the main principles of international interpersonal communication. They depend on many factors, such as: the differences in language, traditions, cultures, customs, the way of life and others. After 1990 in Lithuania businessmen started to co-operate with foreign countries more rapidly: new contacts were established as well as new corporate companies and businesses were developed. The co-operation of businessmen should be based on basic rules ofl communication and the requirements of international communication interpersonal communication.
