Abstract
The changeable geomagnetic field of the Earth effects upon the cosmic rays and simultaneously effects upon people. The secondary cosmic rays are registered near the Earth's surface only and their instability is used as an indirect indicator of electromagnetic influence on people. In the present investigation the hard co¬smic rays flux (HCRF) is used to predict the heart and vascular diseases (HVD) change. The total HCRF was divided into four power ranges. The instability of obtained results in every power range was a parameter to predict HVD change in 1 —3 days. For this purpose some criteria were proposed. The main following conclu¬sions have place: the temporal course of HCRF intensity in the power ranges is independent; a high efficiency (82-90%) of HVD number decrease was obtained in the hour's time intervals in the 300-1200 KeV power range, the power range 4000 - KeV is optimum to predict an increase of HVD.
