Abstract
The present invention is to diagnose a variety of rope in elevators. An object of the present invention is to provide a special device for implementing a new and very simple, non-destructive methods and methods for quality diagnostics rope. Method provided is based on the obtaining damaged rope wire rope above the surface. In order to achieve this, the rope tension is by a permanent axial load, the rope is caused by the lateral vibration using the vibrator, which causes a transverse vibration rotation. Oscillation of the free end of the damaged wire is detected the existence and location of the damaged wire after the measurement by a set of sensors and the signals are processed. A set of vibrators and sensors for the rope is firmly clamped on the rope is mounted on a specially separated from the rope part frame, in which vibration is generated, the set of sensors are moved along the tested rope portion. Before the length of the rope to the test process is repeated in the next part of the rope.
