However, as on of the speakers remarked architecture can be rational only when social and economic system is stable, cultural and social revolutions give birth to irrational and wild impulses. It has been concluded that despite many social and aesthetic distortions, Lithuanian architecture IS turning back to rationality, however not in a Corbusier's sense. It is more and more concerned how to marry creative aesthetic goals to practical needs.
