Abstract
There are investigated the agrotechnical means for clumped clay loam soil preparing for potatoes, which permits to form mellower notches, reducing their side pressure, done by aggregate chassises. During trials it was studied the influence of soil mulching and of tracks from multiplex tractor driving upon soil hardness, its density, amount of weeds in crops, amount of impurity during harvesting, injuries of tubers. Rotor cultivator is a mulching machine. Trial were carried out in light clay loam soil growing “Venta” kind potatoes.
