Usually different types of knowledge represented in hierarchical ontology are used for designing of information systems. One of methods to represent ontology is formal concept analysis. In this paper we propose the method how to create ontology and don't use deep specific domain analysis. In this paper we propose the method to extend ontology using action rules. The action rules will be created using learned neural network. That allows more quick and simplifying creation of ontology without deep specific domain analysis.eng
