Skaitmeninės aerotrianguliacijos tikslumas
Santrauka
Aerotriangulation based on digital imagery was investigated as OEEPE (the European Organization for Experimental Photogrametric Research) test carried out on a large scale aerophotography (1:4000) obtained from Finland. The participants of different countries performed block triangulation using digital images of 15 µm and 30 µm pixel sizes and different methods and systems for measuring image coordinates. The obtained adjusted ground coordinates were compared with appropriate geodetic coordinates. The test results showed, in comparison with accurate analogue (instrumental) methods, a high potential of digital imagery in aerotriangulation. Besides, the test showed that pixel size was a less important factor than expected, measuring resolution of half a pixel is sufficient with small amounts of observations, and in methods using area based matching the targeted points are not better than natural features and the relation of altimetry to planimetry accuracy is smaller than in visual methods. Also, it was outlined that the block triangulation performed in Lithuania under similar conditions is of the same accuracy as in this test.
