Abstract
The paper deals with the analysis of tolerance effect on the precise levelling data obtained by the use of automated level NA 3003. The tolerances permit to check and eliminate large errors from the measurement data and to increase the accuracy of direct measured quantities. Under trial we have an option, when in checking and accuracy estimating the differences between double measurements were used and then it was also done in regard to distribution laws. Regarding the Student’s criterion, there was evaluated zero hypothesis H0 upon the equality to naught of mathematical expectation of mean derived from differences of double observations. It was shown that this problem is not singular, but dependent on the approach used for determining RMSE of the measured quantities. It was shown that theoretically and practically exactness of the mean gained from double measurement differences does not depend on tolerances.
