| dc.description.abstract | This article deals with the possibilities of. using the mechatronic means for the accuracy improvement of. metal cutting machines, co - ordinate measuring machines, robots, etc. The systematic and random error correction of raster scales, encoders and the fina1 3D position correction of a cutting instrument or a touch probe is one discussed.
