Abstract
The basic parameters which must be provided in standards, there they are the tolerances of errors for functions of measurec or designed values and the parameters for accuracies in measures of related values. In this article are considered and specified criteria of probabilities on the basis of which it can be obtained the optimum controlling system for measurements. In compliance with specified procedures the level for measurements of first and secondary orders is determined. When the level of smoothing and filtering in this case is most optimum the corresponding values are defined. Conclusion is made that in highly accurate and respectable geodetic measurements tolerances with assurance no less than a=0.9573 should be used.
