Dependence of infringement of traffic regulations on streets and fows parameters

Abstract
In analysing 1993 Transport police statistical data increased number of infrigaments of trafic regulations is noticeable. lt could be explained in few aspects: - traffic control became weaker, percentage of young undisciplined drivers has increased: - as the level of automobilization has increased, saturation of intersections as well as traffic delays has also increased. In order to decrease waiting time at the intersections, drivers infring traffic regulations and create accidental situations in the interections. According to the investigations carried out by VTU Civil Engineering department in September 1993 and april - may 1994 it is defined that number of infringers increases in proportion to queues in the interections.
