Abstract
The twenty-first century critical economic and social growth factor is human capital, individual human experience, creativity, innovation and others. The concept of human capital has gained particular momentum moving into the information age and knowledge society. Information Society era of the market competition becomes much more important long-term development organizations anticipating when robots include the organization's future development. Robotic design of the last decade, science is developing very fast robots collect cars, perform welding work carried out intelligence tasks behind the enemy and environment studies the same conditions, is exploring the ocean depths, acting on the foot of volcanoes, and outer space. Robots perform tasks which can not be made person. In addition, the robots manage to make them much better. Therefore, engineers and researchers are interested in any process automation, as the robots have mastered the new processes frees people from the heavy physical work, and human capital involved in problem-solving.
