dc.description.abstractThe goal of this work was to realize an experimental setup for the research of electromagnetic acceleration phenomena by measuring the magnetic fields of different coil geometries. For this an experimental unit was build up, which gives the possibility to test different coil geometries. In addition to this unit measurement software was written to control the magnetic field sensor to do measurements around the coil in a predefined area. The test of the complete experimental unit was done by measuring different coil geometries usuiing a three axis magnetic field-sensor. Thus, we showed that it is possible to measure the magnetic field of different coils in three dimensions.eng
