Abstract
Differences between an ordinary filtration of solid particles through a fabric filter and filtration through the same cloth applying a preliminary electrification of particles are established in the investigation. It is found that particles electrified by charges of the same mark form a more porous layer on the filtration fabric that prolongs significantly the work of the filter between its regeneration cycles what guarantees its long and efficient service life.
