XXI a. pr. Lietuvos paveldosaugos problematika: holistinio požiūrio stoka

Abstract

Straipsnyje atkreipiamas dėmesys į ryškią vadinamojo visapusišku, daugiaplanio bei integralaus, holistiniais pagrindais besiremiančio požiūrio stoką XXI a. pradžios Lietuvos kultūros (nekilnojamojo) paveldo apsaugos bei tvarkybos sektoriuje. Pabrėžiama būtent šio, kaip paskutinio, laikotarpio svarba tradicijų perimamumui nekilnojamo kultūros paveldo objektų sektoriuje bei įvardinami pagrindiniai, autoriaus nuomone, strateginio sistemos veiklos planavimo, projektavimo, korektūros principai bei gairės. Taip pat aptariami užsienio geros praktikos pavyzdžiai; primenamos neišnaudotos teisinės ir organizacinės Lietuvos galimybės.

Article aims to attract the attention towards obvious problematic sector of protection of immovable heritage of Lithuania, and underlines shortage in dealing with those problems from the position of integral, milti level, comprehensive-holistic approach. Paper underlines the need to use the last chance in possible takeover from still alive national traditions in the survived immovable heritage sector. The author tries to name the range of the means for the strategic actions of the existing system in fields of guidelines for planning / projection / alteration of the near future of it. Along to cases of the good practice in other countries, some unused legislative and organisational moments andc opportunities has been pointed out as background for the change.
