This paper is examining the main optimization considerations of methodology of motion times of a stage (under the criteria of minimum consumption of fuel-energy resources economy for train traction force), which are used for creating the schedule of train's motion. Optimal motions time in a stage and their corresponding mode maps, calculated by using the software complex, had to be checked from the operational side in order to obtain reliable statistical assessment of their impact on fuel consumptions for traction power, in the main directions of Lithuanian Railways.eng
