New methods for enhancing the plasticity and strengthening the surface layers of materials for aircraft industry are proposed. The modes of dynamic non-equilibrium processes (DNP) are grounded, which under the symmetric impact-oscillatory loading can significantly improve the plastic properties of two-phase high-strength titanium alloys. Of particular note is that processing was carried out at room temperature. The combined application of impact-oscillatory loading and nanotechnology has enhanced the strength and hardness of the surface layers of titanium alloy VT23. The results obtained can be used to improve the reliability of materials of aviation transport, as well as spacecraft.eng
