Abstract
The International Conference on Electromagnetic Disturbances EMD'2010 is the continuation of series of nineteen Symposia concerning the Overvoltages in Power Elrctronics and Computer Systems, which started in 1990. Since then these conferences have taken place in Bialystok and Holny Mejera (Poland), Vilnius, Kaunas, Dubingiai and Palanga (Lithuania). The aim of the Conference EMD'2010 is to create the forum for presentations and discussions about the sources of electronmagnetic disturbasnces, their influence on electronic devices and systems, and protection against them.
