The decision-making process is often carried out by managers. Today, considering current complicated issues, managers prefer to provide participatory decision-making and management. The group decision-making process collects the priorities of different individuals. The best-worst method (BWM) is a fairly new method, offering favourable results through pairwise comparisons and mathematical models. In the present article, the BWM model is developed under an integrated model to make decisions collectively when experts' simultaneous decision-making is required. This model can be considered by decision-makers due to its advantages over early models of BWM, including the calculation of final values of options or criteria. In order to have a better evaluation and efficiency, the model is applied to two managerial problems including the evaluation of the Research and Development (R&D) unit and evaluation of green supply chain. The results reveal that the model yields acceptable performance along with lesser inconsistency rate and more reliability
