Experimental investigation of movement accuracy of friction screw drive with changeable pitch
Abstract
In this paper experimental investigation of elastic sliding in friction screw drive with changeable pitch is described. The description of experimental bench and the methodology of experimental investigation is presented. Experimental two factor orthogonal design is based on the second power polynomial mathematical model. In the paper the methodology of statistical performance of experimental data is presented the ways to verify mathematical model’s adequacy to investigating process, are given statistical significance of regression coefficients and their reliability range; also the experimental results them selves are given. Statistically performed data is presented graphically. Conclusions about experimentally defined properties of investigated drive are given.
