dc.description.abstractToday's economy is characterized by very strong competition. Companies must be constantly improved and look for opportunities to increase their competitive advantage. Practically it is not possible to survive in the market without attracting the investment resources. The article deals with the definition of the company's investment appeal, which criteria should be consistent with the company to interest a potential investor, how to stand out from other companies. Various aspects of the valuation of the investment appeal are presented. Financial performance indicators, marketing activities and national and re-gional investment appeals influence to the company investment appeal are considered. Also the relationship between the investor's risk and investment appeal is pointed out. How fundamental analysis is estimating aspects of the investment process abstract.eng
