Daugiabučių namų stogų racionalų remonto būdų parinkimas, taikant daugiakriterinius įvertinimo metodus
Abstract
Straipsnyje pateikta metodika, užtikrinanti daugiabučių namų stogų remonto galimų variantų išsamią analizę ir įvertinimą, taip pat ir papildomo mansardinio aukšto statybos variantą. Pasiūlytas veiksmų nuoseklumas ir uždavinio sprendimo etapai, parinkti optimalūs kiekvieno etapo racionalių sprendimų nustatymo daugiakriteriniai metodai (PROMETHEE, TOPSIS). Pateiktas siūlomos metodikos taikymo pavyzdys konkrečiam gyvenamanam namui Vilniaus mieste. The problem of repairing matched roofs has arisen with the use of such roofs. Because of bad quality of projects and materials used, the maintenance period of such roofs has not exceeded 8-10 years, and the repairing prolonged this period to 4-5 years. New materials used for repairing such roofs have increased repair efficiency but a new problem has appeared: the cost of repair has increased from 40 to 140 Lt for 1m2. The present repair practice of such roofs does not satisfy contemporary requirements. Special methods can be used in carrying out the analysis of possible ways and variants. The succession of activities and the possibility to evaluate the state of the roof makes it possible to solve the problem. The design of special attics might contribute to the solution. Moreover, additional means of the repair of matched roofs is analysed, and special methods are suggested. Most criteria are qualitative. The methods used are PROMETHEE, TOPSIS or other classical ways. Examples are used to illustrate these methods.
