The influence of pressure distribution in contct area upon the gap between the acetabular and the ball
Abstract
Mathematical model is constructed which lets to analyze the influence of radius, area, strains, forces and pressure distribution upon the value of the gap between contact surfaces. The model of rods is used for the analysis of endoprostheses acetabular and ball contact. Graphs showing the influence of radius, area, strain, forces and pressure distributions upon the value of the gap between the contact surfaces are present.
