Abstract
It reveals the crimes of dictator Pilsudski and his accomplice General L. Želigowski against the Lihuanian nation and independent Lithuania, violence and deceit as they schemed the seizure of the old Lithuanian capital Vilnius and its region. The second volume of the book attempts to shed a light on the development of the relations between Lithuanians and Poles through the influence of iternalional organizations and the Catholic Church, the impact and characteristics of the Polish occupational regime in Eastern Lithuania. The book is addressed toall who are interested in the future of Lithuanian and Polish nations, their independent stales and the ways of improving the relations between the nations. Lithuanians and Poles have always been and will be neighbours. Good neighbours always try to get rid of everything that clouds and obscures genuine friendship and relationship.
