dc.description.abstractThe authors of the article carried out a number of studies, have collected and analysed relevant information about innovative knowledge. Applied methods – a survey of scientific literature and other information sources, structural system analysis, a sociological inquiry of the industrial enterprises and public administration institutions personnel and experts evaluations. The analysis of the literature sources and inquiry results showed that there are a lot of problems related with attraction of the means for innovative knowledge development. The problems appear in the field of the motivation, learning, risk decreasing, and other resources attraction. A survey showed that there is a great need for knowledge and skills of staff management in order to have successful innovation activities. To improve the situation it is valuable to start with the existing situation analysis of the company. Innovative knowledge management is important for well-targeted approach as well.eng
