The paper deals with the efficiency of separate inflows of foreign capital into Baltic States. The authors analyze the structure of foreign direct investments (FDI) in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia; try to identify the factors conditioning inflows of FDI into each country. In the article detailed comparison of statistical methods reflecting FDI has been scrutinized, a thorough analysis of FDI structure and trends in each considered state has bees presented. The upshot of the analysis lays into tracing relationship between FDI into the main branches of economics and GDP growth in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The results have been compared and the existing economic state policies in the field of FDI stimulation have been revised. The treds of future restructuring of Baltic States economies have been forecast.
