Mathematical design of optomechanotronic displacement linearity meter
Abstract
The created noncontact optomechanotronic meter is designed for measurement of linear motion deviations of linearly moving working elements of technological equipment. Measurements are taken simultaneously in two coordinate axes on the plane perpendicular to the direction of motion during the idle and working motion of the working element. The optomechanotronic meter can be used for the analysis and testing of technological machines. Sukurtas bekontaktis opto-mechanotroninis matavimo prietaisas skirtas technologinių įrengimų tiesiaeigiai judančių darbinių dalių judesio tiesiaeigiškumo nuokrypių matavimui. Matavimai atliekami vienu metu dviejose koordinačių ašyse, plokštumoje, statmenoje judėjimo krypčiai, judant darbo daliai tiek tuščiąja eiga, tiek ir darbo proceso metu. Opto-mechatroninis matavimo prietaisas gali būti naudojamas technologinių mašinų tyrimams ir bandymams.
