Abstract
Modelling of experimental rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and osteoarthritis (OA) was performed. Experimental therapy was used with 201 rabbits. RA and OA processes was induced by immunisation with Freund adjuvand, serum of RA patients and extract of active RA synovial membrane. Treatment of RA and OA processes with artificial joints lubricants was used. Ultrasonic-laser interferometry of biological liquids and lubricants was elaborated and used for substantiation of selection of optimal PVP-hyaluronic acid binding complex. This complex resistant against depolymerisation and possible use single intraarticular viscosupplementation injection during treatment period. Curative bionanotechnologies was elaborated and nanostructures microcapsules with lubricants released friction in endoprosthesis and arthritis joint was substantiated.
