Abstract
At present when air traffic is busy at the airports and in the air space of the World more traffic of unmanned air vehicles (UAVs appear). In the air space UAVs come from the military sphere. The civil aviation acknowledged that there are many problems related to UAVs acception into the common civil airspace. Air Traffic Control (ATC) procedures and rules of the air to support for UAV flight characteristics should be developed at the nearest time taking into consideration manned aircraft ATC procedures and rules of the air.
