dc.description.abstractThe possibility to measure electro-physical parameters as magnetoresistance, mobility and concentration of free charge carriers in pulsed magnetic fields is described. Compact high magnetic field generator up to 50 T is constructed in High Magnetic Field Laboratory of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Half period sinus shaped magnetic pulses are generated by the capacitor bank discharge through the pulse inductor. The mobility and concentration of free charge carriers in semiconductors as InSb, CdHgTe are measured with high frequency magnetoplasma interferometer. Magnetoresistance of BiSb and LaCaMnO manganite films in pulsed magnetic fields was measured by two electrodes method.eng
