Abstract
VGTU teatras-sudija „Palėpė“, vadovaujama režisieriaus Olego Kesmino, jau keturiolikti metai suburia studentus ir žiūrovus rimtam darbui. Prieš kiekvieną spektaklį teatro svečius pasitinka šiltai besišypsanti aktorių trupė... bet lengva nebus. Kamerinė „Palėpės“ erdvė ir joje rodomi spektakliai turi originalų kokybės ženklą – specialiųjų efektų nebus, tuščio juoko stigs, teks prisiminti klasiką, akylai stebėti, mąstyti, nerti į savęs ir kartu kito pasaulio paieškas. Tik tuomet, anot režisieriaus, įvyks paslaptinga cheminė reakcija... „Kai dirbi nuoširdžiai ir iki galo, tada kažkas suskamba“, - apie mistiką teatro palėpėje kalba režisierius Olegas Kesminas, vis dar besistebintis teatro magija, nenuspėjamais aktorių ir savo paties pokyčiais.

Thirteen years in a row, VGTU theatre-studio “PALĖPĖ” (ATTIC), lead by an artistic director Olegas Kesminas, have been gathering students and the audience for a serious work. A cosy space of “Palėpė” and performances shown have a unique quality mark – there will not be any special effects, there will be a lack of vain laughter, one will have to recall classics, carefully observe, think, dive into the quest of self as well as alternative world. Only then, according to the director, will happen a chemical reaction which is still a mystery...“When you work heartily till the work is done, something vibrates in the air”, says director Olegas Kesminas, who is still full of wonder at the mystique of the theatre’s attic and unpredictable changes in himself and actors. “It is very interesting to observe the way students change in the course of time and every performance. We can carry out an experiment – fixate the changes in an actor who is playing the same role for five years as well as see the way the role itself is being transformed”, claims the director, who consciously seeks to unveil personalities of students and engage them in the quest of themselves.
