The suitability of technological parameters of the new generation smart asphalt concrete mixing plants to produce the asphalt concrete mixture of good quality is analysed. Theoretical mathematical models enabling to reveal the influence of material dosing weight deviations on the variation of the produced asphalt concrete mixture composition were constructed. Having collected and systematized the data on the weighed materials’ of more than 120,000 dose mass, which were recorded by the printers of five smart asphalt concrete mixing plants and obtained from the operating asphalt concrete mixing plants, their statistical characteristics were estimated. Their analysis enabled to identify errors of hot mineral materials’ single fractions, imported fillers, reclaimed dust and bitumen dosing in real conditions, when different tolerance limits are applied. Dependences of separate materials’ dose mass standard deviations on the sequence of arithmetical means and weighing materials in one batcher were obtained. Statistical characteristics of a lot weighed with batchers, which weigh three different materials (hot fractions, imported fillers and reclaimed dust as well as bitumen), enabled to evaluate the efficiency of technological equipment structure and their computer systems. Scientific conclusions and practical recommendations were given, the application of which would improve the quality of asphalt concrete mixture production.eng
