Интегрированная модель управления качеством процессов
Abstract
Changes in the organization often arc seen as a transformation of some system element (technology, product, method, etc.), while at the same time, it is part of almost every organization's process, which relate to the whole. It is argued that a process approach for implementing change to ensure that necessary changes, embedded in a particular organization's system elements, should be implemented by using a systematic approach. Process approach is recommended to use according to formulated integrated model of process improvement, which reveals a large range of theories of interaction and identifies specific measures to help ensure successful process improvements.
