dc.description.abstractAccessible environment conditions of wheelchair & occupant during transiting in local town buses for shuttle services was discussed. Wheelchair access, interior and exterior riggings were designed and analyzed for different bus environment conditions. Intercorrelation matrixes for different human abilities and measures of disabilities (factors) are proposed. Solution and technical parameters for improvement physical accessibility to micro and macroenviromental space of transportation system are introduced and evaluated. Dimensions and shape of safety envelope and space were presented for low basis VOLVO 7700 town bus for town shuttle services.eng
